Associate Guesthouse Leader

As an Associate Guesthouse Leader at RH, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the RH Guesthouse Front Desk and Concierge. You will play a key role in delivering first-class service and a luxury experience, ensuring the highest level of privacy, security, and safety for all associates and guests.

• Proactively oversee the development and standards of all client service-related activities.
• Support the Guesthouse Leader with attracting, retaining, coaching, and developing a team of associates.

• 5 - 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry with 2 years of experience leading a front desk team.
• Luxury hotel experience is strongly preferred.
• Degree in hotel management is a plus.
• Experience with Hotel Property Management systems, Opera experience preferred.
• Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights, and travel occasionally.
• Multilingual candidates are desired.
