Summary
Lead and support the dining room operations as a member of the Property Leadership Team, partnering with the Hospitality Leader to deliver service and operational excellence and to develop team members while driving revenue and ensuring quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members through structured training and in the moment coaching to uphold dining room service standards
- Partner with the Hospitality Leader on recruitment hiring onboarding and building a high performing team
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and upholding quality and safety standards across hospitality spaces
- Engage with guests and act as a resource to create a seamless experience
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue driving practices
- Create strategic team schedules to optimize business and elevate client experience
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- 3+ years previous hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor food costs and inventory controls
- Experience with Microsoft Excel inventory management systems and Micros point of sale or equivalent
- Ability to work autonomously make strategic decisions and collaborate across levels of leadership
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods
