Summary
The Associate Hospitality Leader partners with the Hospitality Leader to drive service and operational excellence within the restaurant, lead and develop team members, and ensure an extraordinary guest experience while supporting financial and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members through structured training and in the moment coaching.
- Partner in recruitment hiring and onboarding to build a high performing team.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing and upholding quality and safety standards.
- Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless experience.
- Support financial goals by assessing labor and sales performance and implementing improvement practices.
- Create strategic schedules to optimize business and client experience.
- Assume full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Hospitality Leader.
Requirements
- 3+ years hospitality leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance including labor and food costs and inventory controls.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel inventory management systems and point of sale systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across leadership levels.
- Legal authorization to work in the country at time of application.
- Flexibility to work weekends holidays and variable shifts.
- Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods.
