Requirements- 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Proven ability to manage financial performance, including labor and food costs and inventory controls.
- Expertise in computer systems including Microsoft Excel and Inventory Management systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across all levels of leadership.
- Legal authorization to work in the country at the time of application.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
