Sales Supervisor - Rosemont

Summary

Support store management in day to day operations by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring store standards and policies are upheld. Lead the sales floor to build client relationships and achieve commercial KPIs while maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom. Open and close the store following company procedures and represent brand product knowledge and DNA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Build sales through styling expertise seasonal trends and product knowledge
• Initiate client contact and provide prompt follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration and communication
• Maintain guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
• Open and close the store according to procedure
• Keep sales floor and stockroom well organized
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
