- Assume full responsibility for every aspect of the guest experience and lead all associates during shifts.
- Provide front-of-house leadership, including training associates and delivering world-class customer service.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, convey key business updates, and lead values messages.
- Conduct hiring interviews, mentor, train, and provide in-the-moment coaching to develop teams.
- Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to develop strategies to grow the business.
- Develop food and beverage knowledge and lead associates to achieve the same.
- Be accountable for financial audits and paperwork, including till cash, bank deposits, and daily balancing.
Requirements- 2+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to lead a team and own accountability for specific revenue goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
