Associate Manager

Summary

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in developing and executing strategic plans to drive profitable store performance. This role helps lead the team, strengthen customer and community relationships, and maintain Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and support store planning and sales initiatives.
• Lead client development, community outreach, recruiting, coaching, and talent development activities.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, productivity, and shrink goals.
• Champion new selling technologies, uphold company policies, and maintain exceptional sales floor standards.

Requirements

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
