Associate, Order Fulfillment

Summary

The Associate, Order Fulfillment is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing client transfer and online orders to support a luxury retail shopping experience. This role includes pick, pack, ship and return processing while collaborating with store and cross-functional teams to meet service and accuracy standards. The Associate maintains order systems, reports and compliance with privacy and security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Process client transfer (VTC) and online orders, produce pick lists, and execute holds within 24 hours.
• Organize pick routes, enter shipping confirmations, and prepare/pack orders for shipment.
• Inspect merchandise for quality, correct labelling, and ensure shoes and items are paired correctly before shipping.
• Receive, store and securely handle incoming merchandise; manage and document returns to store.
• Update and maintain order systems and reports; prioritize and activate orders by time sensitivity.
• Order and replenish packing supplies based on volume and maintain filing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance issues and improve order accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in order processing.
• Experience with computer systems and order management tools (POS, VTC, SAP or similar).
• Excellent organizational skills and customer-service orientation with follow-up ability.
• Fluency in English and French (verbal and written).
