Store Support

Summary

The Store Support / Operations Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, maintaining stockroom and sales floor presentation, and ensuring accurate inventory and replenishment. This non-selling role assists with receiving, processing merchandise, RFID scanning, store-to-store transfers and ship-to-home orders while supporting Brand Ambassadors and customer needs when required. The role may be offered full-time or part-time and requires flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight, inspect deliveries, and complete markups/markdowns and tagging per guidelines
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and ISOS replenishment to maintain accurate floor and stockroom levels
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, reticketing, and associate RFID tags
• Support sales floor with stock checks, merchandise delivery, and occasional customer assistance
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Keep stockroom organized and assist with store recovery and inventory resets

Requirements

• Back-of-house or retail operations experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., maneuver throughout sales floor and stock areas, and perform physical tasks
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts or travel
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with team members
