Associate Selling

Summary

Deliver personalized shopping experiences while meeting sales and service targets. Support customers with product knowledge, merchandise selection, transactions, and ongoing relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and locate merchandise based on customer needs, and share product knowledge and current promotions.
• Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and markdowns.
• Follow asset protection procedures and support store sales and customer acquisition goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Fashion industry knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing product expertise.
• Ability to use POS registers and related store equipment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
