Summary

Deliver a memorable customer experience as a style advisor at a luxury off-price retailer. Build customer relationships, share product knowledge, and contribute to individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Recommend merchandise based on customer needs and provide knowledgeable product guidance.
• Greet customers, explain promotions, build relationships, and encourage repeat business and loyalty participation.
• Process sales transactions accurately and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain selling floors, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and markdowns according to standards.
• Follow asset protection procedures and support shortage and theft awareness efforts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or sales, with a proven sales track record.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, a results-driven mindset, and fashion knowledge.
• Ability to operate POS registers and related store equipment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
