Associate Store Director - Yorkdale

Summary

The Associate Store Director supports the Store Director in leading Yorkdale store performance, team development, client experience, and daily operations. This role drives sales and operational excellence while ensuring the store reflects Balenciaga's brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals, review business results, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans.
• Lead and develop Department Managers and store teams through coaching, feedback, and performance follow-up.
• Oversee clienteling, service standards, client satisfaction, and loyalty initiatives.
• Manage store operations, scheduling, payroll, inventory, compliance, safety, and expense controls.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in a managerial position, including management of a team of at least 10 people.
• Significant luxury retail sales experience and a record of successful team leadership.
• Strong client service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Fashion and product sensitivity, adaptability, responsiveness, and digital skills.
