Summary
Support Strategy and Transformation and Brand Communications teams through coordination of calendars, meetings, events, travel and communications. Manage project and administrative tasks including budget tracking, expense reporting and stakeholder coordination while delivering creative team materials and summaries. Serve as primary point of contact for scheduling and operational needs and help drive meeting follow ups and action items.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and daily schedules for team leaders and heads.
- Plan and coordinate meetings events travel and logistics including conference rooms tech and catering.
- Organize travel booking expense report tracking and invoice processing for team leaders.
- Develop decks creative expressions and small scale presentations for teams.
- Coordinate guest speakers socialization and communication planning and event calendars.
- Track ongoing assignments status and drive meetings and action items.
- Order and track supplies and support setup of IT and HR trainings.
- Summarize industry reports and support qualitative reporting for teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of prior corporate experience or relevant internships.
- Proven organizational time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Word Excel and PowerPoint and comfort with tech coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Resourceful proactive problem solving and creative thinking.
