Summary

Corporate Events Trainee supporting logistical planning, operational details and execution of retail event strategies during an 18-month full-time program. Works with the Events Team on administrative tasks, market research and project work while contributing to event calendars, briefs and post-event analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support planning organizing and execution of events including event briefs and timelines
• Assist with management of event calendars
• Prepare post-event recaps collect data and perform list uploads
• Conduct research for upcoming events and support related initiatives
• Support on-site event execution and pre-event preparation
• Assist with charity initiatives coordinating ticket and table purchases with boutiques
• Provide administrative support for invoice processing budget updates and scheduling

Requirements

• At least 6 months of prior experience
• Available full-time for an 18-month program January 2026 through July 2027
• Available to work Monday through Friday 9-6 with Friday work from home
• Proficiency with Excel PowerPoint Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro
• Ability to prioritize multi-task and manage multiple projects independently
• Maintain confidentiality exercise discretion and professionalism
