Brand Partnerships Specialist

Summary

Responsible for developing and managing relationships with partner brands to drive collaborations and business growth. Works cross-functionally to execute partnership initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals. Reports to partnership leadership and supports strategy, outreach, and activation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential brand partners and opportunities.
• Develop proposals and negotiate partnership terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to activate campaigns and collaborations.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure deliverables are met.
• Monitor performance and report on partnership metrics.
• Support co-marketing initiatives and joint promotional efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements and communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in brand partnerships, marketing, or business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
