Back Waiter - Guesthouse

Summary

Provide world class service and hospitality as a Back Waiter at the Guesthouse restaurant, supporting front-of-house operations by preparing stations, assisting servers, and maintaining dining areas with attention to luxury service details.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support all aspects of service during shifts
• Set up stations with silverware, glasses and plates prior to service
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware and plates
• Run food to tables and assist servers as needed
• Curate and maintain dining spaces throughout the shift
• Clear tables and crumb between courses
• Clear, clean and reset tables after guest departure

Requirements

• Maintain health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
• Multitask effectively and remain calm in a fast paced environment
• In depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail and high energy
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to frequently move and lift items up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
