Prep Team Technician

Summary

Performs breakdown, cleaning and reassembly of watch cases and bracelets. Cleans, adjusts and calibrates watches to meet brand quality and productivity standards. Works independently and collaboratively to complete repairs within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle timepieces using prescribed equipment and methods
• Clean watch cases, bracelets and movement components
• Adjust and calibrate watches to specification
• Ensure estimates reflect required servicing
• Verify repair work meets brand quality standards
• Meet assigned productivity and turnaround targets
• Maintain tools and work area cleanliness

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year quartz watch repair experience preferred
• Excellent hand eye coordination
• Demonstrated ability to work with small tools
• Familiarity with watch construction and manual dexterity
• Ability to work under timelines
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
