Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor-line, event, and department sales goals.
• Develop customer relationships and provide expert product consultations, applications, and follow-up.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer preferences and grow business.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised counter and represent the brand professionally.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or another customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated sales success and ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and learn clienteling software.
