Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales using technology.
• Share loyalty programs and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, the sales floor, fitting rooms, and store fulfillment operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
