The Beauty Advisor provides personalized service and expert product guidance while building client relationships and growing sales for the Jo Malone line. The role supports sales goals, clienteling, consultation events, and counter presentation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through consultation, product application, sales, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships using clienteling tools.
• Keep the selling counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Represent the department and maintain a positive relationship with the Account Executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales performance, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultation and application.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and sound business judgment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and to learn clienteling tools and software.
