Senior Sales Associate - Beverly Center

Summary

The Senior Sales Associate delivers an exceptional client experience and represents the brand on the sales floor. This role drives sales and client engagement while supporting daily store operations and coaching the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales and client data capture targets, build client relationships, and provide after-sales service.
• Support inventory operations, visual maintenance, register opening and closing, returns, exchanges, and consignments.
• Follow store policies and procedures and support the sales team through coaching and training.
• Develop business-driving initiatives, contests, and events.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
• Computer skills, including retail point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Clienteling experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment are preferred.
