The Client Advisor represents the brand and creates memorable luxury customer experiences. This role builds lasting client relationships while contributing to individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized service throughout the in-store experience.
• Capture client information in the CRM and maintain relationships to support future sales opportunities.
• Cross-sell across departments, meet sales targets and KPIs, and promote an omnichannel approach.
• Maintain product knowledge, shop-floor standards, visual displays, and store security procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and address customer concerns, involving a manager when needed.

Requirements

• Passion for selling, luxury fashion, and the managed product category.
• Experience building lasting client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Curiosity about fashion, art, and design; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
