Represent the brand and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience by understanding client needs and building lasting relationships. Maximize individual and team sales while promoting brand values and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve clients, provide personalized service, and capture client information in the company CRM.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, achieving individual targets and KPIs, and embracing an omnichannel mindset.
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge, address client complaints, and uphold shop floor, visual display, and stock standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and help maintain a secure, inclusive, and positive store environment.

Requirements

• Passion for selling and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
• Experience building lasting client relationships and knowledge of the relevant product category.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation, resilience, ambition, and problem-solving ability; English proficiency required, with additional languages a plus.
