The Beauty Advisor drives sales for the Sisley line while delivering personalized customer service and product expertise. This role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales goals, and maintains an inviting beauty counter.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences and follow up with clients.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter and uphold store service standards.
• Collaborate with team members and serve as a liaison to the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
