The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer service and drives sales for the Le Labo line. The role builds client relationships, provides product and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming beauty counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and maintain client information using Saks' clienteling tools.
• Provide product consultations and applications, close sales, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter.
• Represent Saks Fifth Avenue and coordinate effectively with the vendor account executive and team.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer-focused environment.
• Demonstrated successful sales experience, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn and use online clienteling tools and software.
