Job Description

Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. The role leverages digital tools and store technology to reach clients, achieve sales and conversion goals, and provide expert styling and brand guidance. This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and outreach
  • Deliver expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
  • Use digital selling tools and omni channel inventory to service clients
  • Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
  • Strategize business activities to increase productivity and sales
  • Utilize social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
  • Experience selling using digital tools and technology
  • Commission sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
  • Flexible work schedule
