Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Role is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager, leveraging digital tools and styling expertise to meet sales and conversion goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and brand expertise to clients in-person and remotely
• Use digital selling tools and store technology for outreach and sales
• Achieve individual sales, conversion, and wardrobing targets
• Strategize and grow personal client business through outreach and technology
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to fulfill client needs
• Engage clients via social media and digital platforms to drive traffic
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology and digital sales tools
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work onsite
