Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the Cosmetics Selling Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of merchandising and clienteling.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, as well as event and department sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.
• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles: Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, and Thank.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quotas.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to gain trust quickly.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
