The Beauty Advisor supports the beauty business by developing client relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales. The role contributes to sales goals through product consultations and engagement across the beauty floor.

Responsibilities

• Build client relationships and provide personalized beauty consultations and product applications.
• Support sales strategies and work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
• Contribute to an engaging customer experience and collaborate with the beauty team.
• Support store operations and complete other duties as needed.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably in a client-focused sales environment.
• Beauty experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, motivation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to provide product consultations and applications, use technology, and set goals through strategic planning.
