Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building sales volumes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager and focus on achieving sales goals while adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals, event sales goals, and department daily monthly sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and develop excellent customer relationships as the brand expert and department representative.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's online clienteling resource tool to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Maintain counter standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and welcoming selling area.
• Participate in in-house training programs and pre-booked facial consultation events.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, cosmetics environment.
• Proven successful sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Professional make-up and treatment consultation and application skills.
