Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and drive individual and vendor line sales as the brand expert on the cosmetics counter. Build and maintain customer relationships, execute facial consultation events and in-house training, and maintain merchandising and counter standards while using clienteling tools to grow personal business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual vendor line sales goals and event sales targets.
- Create and develop excellent customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct professional make up and treatment consultations and applications.
- Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming selling area and proper merchandising of the counter.
- Work with account executives and represent the department positively.
- Participate in pre booked facial consultation events and focus on closing retail sales.
- Collaborate with team members and support in house training programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or a customer focused environment.
- Proven sales experience with history of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced team oriented environment.
- Familiarity or ability to learn clienteling software and online tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional judgment and organizational ability.
- Attention to detail and initiative to drive individual business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales objectives.
