Summary
The Client Advisor delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales by leveraging product knowledge and operational skills to create a superior client experience aligned with brand standards. This role supports store operations, maintains client relationships, and contributes to visual and loss prevention standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual, category, and store sales goals and meet CRM requirements
- Build and maintain client books and manage customer correspondence and follow up
- Use POS and other software accurately to process transactions and update customer database
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns
- Participate in stocking, restocking, and regular store maintenance tasks
- Support visual merchandising standards under direction from VM and management
- Participate in training new Client Advisors and in monthly team meetings
- Adhere to store policies, loss prevention, health and safety guidelines
- May open or close the store and attend morning team meetings as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience; luxury retail preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to use POS systems and inventory functions and maintain digital records
- Goal oriented with strong drive for results and teamwork ability
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 10lbs
- Organizational skills and digital literacy required
- Foreign language skills and RTW experience are a plus
