Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions.
- Maintain customer correspondence and utilize virtual selling to drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalogues.
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects.
- Perform opening and closing store duties as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies and presentation standards.
- Communicate regularly with store management, peers and corporate partners.
- Network and socialize with target customers to build clientele.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of prior relevant retail or sales experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, target driven environment.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with people.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
