As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an elevated client experience through personalized assistance and expert knowledge of the beauty industry. You will utilize your sales skills and product knowledge to achieve individual and department sales goals while maintaining a positive and inclusive team dynamic.

• Achieve and exceed individual and department sales goals.
• Provide dynamic service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Participate actively on social media to grow personal brand and business.
• Conduct professional make-up and treatment consultations and applications.
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships as the brand expert.

• Maintain a clean and welcoming counter space.
• Utilize online tools to record and maintain client information.
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience in the beauty industry.
• Proven successful sales experience, achieving or exceeding goals.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and social media effectively.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
