Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Associate specializing in Eyewear at Holt Renfrew, you will cultivate deep, lasting relationships with customers to boost sales, service, and loyalty. Your role will be commission-based, directly linked to your sales volume results.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver extraordinary service consistently to all customers.
  • Exceed sales and service goals and targets.
  • Build a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
  • Attend educational sessions including product knowledge and vendor seminars.
  • Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, and related sales support tasks.
  • Communicate with clients about in-store events and merchandise requests.
  • Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on complex issues.
  • Comply with Health & Safety policies and privacy regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment.
  • Proven sales performance with results in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media to promote personal brand and fashion influence.
  • Skilled in using technology to maintain and build client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
  • Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
  • Initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries.
