Summary

The Beauty Business Manager leads the beauty selling experience and drives store sales through client development, team coaching, and strong brand partnerships. This role develops Business Managers and Beauty Advisors to deliver personalized service and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to build client relationships, increase repeat business, and acquire new clients.
• Promote effective use of clienteling tools, social media, and technology to strengthen client engagement.
• Develop beauty product knowledge through training and partnerships with brands.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for the team.
• Support selling-floor operations, resolve client issues, and participate in opening and closing duties.
