Sales Manager

Summary

The Sales Manager leads boutique performance through team leadership, client development, and operational excellence. This role supports strategic sales goals while upholding luxury service standards and brand values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and drive individual and store KPIs.
• Develop action plans to increase sales, deepen client engagement, and strengthen relationships using CRM.
• Coach and mentor team members, support product training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and boutique standards.
• Partner with store leadership and other teams on corporate initiatives, employee relations, and escalated client issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Women's and men's ready-to-wear experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership capabilities.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
