Summary
The Temporary Boutique Manager will lead and develop the Givenchy Livermore Outlet boutique to achieve sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional, personalized client experiences. This role requires a motivating, service-focused leader who actively participates on the sales floor, drives client development, and represents the brand in the local community.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and mentor boutique staff to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Drive client development and lifetime loyalty through personalized service, outreach, and community relationship building.
- Actively participate on the sales floor to demonstrate selling techniques and manage key client relationships.
- Identify business opportunities and implement action plans to grow revenue and profitability.
- Recruit and hire talent, create development plans, and establish clear growth paths for team members.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Givenchy customer experience across in-store, omnichannel, and event activities.
- Optimize store hospitality and amenities and respond to client feedback to improve service.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience with 5-10 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony tools (e.g., Zoom).
- Proven ability to develop community relationships and generate revenue through client networks.
- Experience managing multiple commitments across clients, teams, and operations; multilingual a plus.
