General Manager Temporary

Summary

The General Manager is the CEO of the store, responsible for driving desirability, topline performance, and delivering a luxury VIP client experience. This role leads hiring, coaching and development to build a high-performing team while overseeing merchandising, presentation, operations, inventory and P&L to achieve store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience using the 5 C's of Service Excellence: Create, Connect, Convert, Close, Continue.
• Lead hiring, coaching, mentorship and succession planning to develop store talent and drive engagement.
• Manage merchandising and presentation standards to reflect the brand and drive sales.
• Oversee store operations, inventory management and asset protection to meet shrink and process targets.
• Own P&L and key performance indicators including conversion, UPT, SPH, ADT and selling expense targets.

Requirements

• Relevant retail management experience preferred with strong business acumen.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to operate register and remain on feet for multiple hours; lift up to 30 lbs and climb a ladder as trained.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching and team leadership skills.
