Provide exceptional customer service in the cosmetics area by greeting and directing customers, assisting with product inquiries, supporting store operations, and ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and products
• Provide customers and employees with information and directions about the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees
• Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment with a strong sense of urgency

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Capacity for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation pushing and pulling
• Ability to handle bulky items and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service
