Summary

Provide exceptional customer service in the cosmetics area by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, supporting store operations, and performing sales support tasks including deliveries. Maintain confidentiality and uphold store standards while working in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers upon arrival
• Assist customers with cosmetic product questions and recommendations
• Support staff by connecting customers to salespeople and suggestive selling
• Serve as a general resource for customers and employees on store operations
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Make deliveries to customers as needed
• Perform continuous movement tasks including bending, reaching, and lifting merchandise

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Able to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
