Provide outstanding customer service and product assistance in the cosmetics area at the Houston Galleria store. Greet and direct customers, assist with cosmetic inquiries, and recommend products and services. Support store operations, perform customer deliveries, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and products.
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople to drive sales.
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees.
• Make deliveries to customers and handle confidential customer information.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation.
• Ability to handle and lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, including awkwardly shaped items.
