Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you deliver personalized styling and drive sales on the retail floor. You educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products and complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise. You build client relationships through the Radically Personal program and support store operations and visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-layered training program to develop product and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of products
• Drive personal and store sales by practicing professional salesmanship and meeting metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty
• Ensure merchandise is properly merchandised and displays meet visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and perform duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
