Fragrance & Beauty Advisor

Summary

Provide exceptional CHANEL-brand client service in a full-time, in-store Fragrance & Beauty Boutique role. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations and product expertise while supporting sales goals and an omni-channel client experience. Act as a brand ambassador by sharing CHANEL heritage and product knowledge with clients and the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service using the CHANEL service ritual and create memorable, personalized experiences.
• Deepen client relationships and loyalty through consultation, demonstrations, and follow-up to recruit and retain clients.
• Drive sales by meeting targets using product knowledge, services, and data capture.
• Participate in seasonal seminars and daily learning tools to apply training to customer interactions.
• Support omni-channel processes to ensure a seamless in-store and online client experience.
• Address and resolve client situations according to company standards and partner with appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work area and adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Service-oriented with strong listening and communication skills and a passion for CHANEL Beauty and fragrance.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, be flexible with scheduling, and demonstrate professionalism.
• Artistry skills and direct brand or beauty experience preferred; foreign language skills a plus.
• Full-time, front-of-house in-store availability required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 5 lbs.
