Sales Associate - Market Street - The Woodlands

Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, builds and maintains client relationships, and works to achieve daily and monthly sales targets at the Market Street boutique. The role requires deep product knowledge of eyewear, styling recommendations, and the ability to support omnichannel customer interactions. Associates also assist with minor adjustments and repairs and help keep the store environment organized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and follow up with client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless online and in-store experience.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and maintain sales floor and back-of-house organization.
• Adhere to brand policies and complete other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual and reliable.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Preferred: experience operating a POS system and prior luxury or eyewear sales experience.
