Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic product questions
• Provide information and directions regarding the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a resource for customers and employees
• Suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Make deliveries to customers
• Prioritize tasks and maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication with coworkers and customers

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to sales staff
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours including bending and reaching
