Summary

The Beauty Concierge provides exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with cosmetic inquiries and supporting store operations. This role requires strong communication, product knowledge, confidentiality, and the ability to handle deliveries and physical tasks throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, results driven, and able to prioritize in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers and assist with cosmetic inquiries and product selection
• Provide product information and directions within the cosmetics area
• Support store operations as a general resource for customers and employees
• Perform deliveries to customers
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Suggestively sell and connect customers to salespeople
• Prioritize multiple tasks and respond with a strong sense of urgency

Requirements

• Clear and professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to suggestively sell and facilitate connections to sales staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to handle and lift items, regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
• Detail oriented and results driven
