• Deliver makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Open new customer loyalty program accounts to build retention
• Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
