The Interim Assistant Manager for Men's Clothing Shoes supports the department manager to drive sales, coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role focuses on recruiting, training, merchandising, inventory control, and achieving department productivity goals while selling on the floor to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Recruit hire and train department sales team
• Develop and execute business plans to meet volume and productivity goals
• Coach and lead salespeople to deliver outstanding customer service
• Assist with merchandising and presentation standards
• Sell on the floor to build long lasting customer relationships
• Support inventory management and shrinkage goals
• Work with store and divisional leaders to maintain productive relationships

• Proven track record of sales productivity and results
• Competitive drive and ability to work in a commission based environment
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Strong organizational and follow through skills
• Experience developing relationships with store and department leaders
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
