Responsibilities
- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales targets using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow clientele
- Keep the counter organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and brand product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort in a commissioned environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
